how do i attach a boxing bag to a concrete ceiling?

drill a hole in the ceiling, get concrete bolts, get chains and hang it. my 55lb boxing bag was hanged the same way for five years and never moved out of its place

By using a drill and a drill bit, put a hole in the ceiling, and get a screw hook and a swivel base and then attach your bag to the hook and then you should be ready to go boxing

You will need a concrete drill bit to drill the hole through the concrete....check with Home Depot or Lowes, I know they rent tools if you do not have them

ASK SOMEONE WHICH TOOLS AND FASTENERS ARE NEEDED AT HOME DEPOT. SPECIAL DRILL BITS AND FASTERES ARE NEEDED FOR CONCRETE.
