This guy that I liked so much dated me for a week. He said that we had fun and everything but doesn't want to date anymore. Since I was mad at him, I didn't talk to him for weeks. All of a sudden, we talk like its no big deal but only online. We argue about things and then we have a polite conversation all in one night. But before that he brought up what he was thinking and said that he was thinking about the fun we had together. I don't understand because he doesn't want a relationship with me. Later on, the day we were talking, he says that he is thinking about me. What in the world should I be thinking. He said he liked me, just not in the way I used to like him, but he keeps bringing up the things that we did together. I told him that this was a love/hate friendship. Since he ignored me one day and didn't answer me, he told me he was watching TV. I said that he never watched TV at my house. All he said that there was funner things to do then. Am I missing something here?

Try not to read anything into it. You want him to want you and so are likely to see things that aren't really there. He may think well of you, but just not desire to date you (perhaps he felt no chemistry). Be friends with him if you want, but don't pass up other appealing dating opportunities in hopes that he'll come around and want to go out with you again...it may cause you to miss out on someone who would be a good match.
