japanese ginger salad dressing

INGREDIENTS
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 lemon, juiced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon prepared Dijon-style mustard
2 teaspoons honey
ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, mustard, honey and pepper. Once these are thoroughly combined, add the oil in a steady stream, whisking constantly. When all of the oil is incorporated into the dressing, pour into a glass jar and chill until serving.

Ginger Salad Dressing

Ingredients

1/4 c onion,. chopped
1/4 c peanut oil
2 tb rice wine vinegar
2 tb water
1 tb fresh ginger root, chopped
1 tb celery, chopped
1 tb soy sauce
1 1/2 ts tomato paste
1 1/2 ts sugar
1 ts lemon juice
1 ds each salt and pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in blender of food processor. Process until
almost smooth.

Ginger Japanese Salad Dressing


INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsps rice wine vinegar
3 tbsps vegetable oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp sake
1 tsp grated ginger

PREPARATION:
Mix all the ingredients other than oil in a bowl. Add oil gradually into a bowl and mix well.
