This is the best and simplest one out there (not my words but everyone I have given the recipe to).

1 1/2 cups good chocolate (white or dark chocolate)
3/4 cup condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
2 tablespoons butter (not margarine or whipped butter)
1-2 tsp flavoring

Melt chocolate and butter in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in the condensed milk and flavoring. Pour into a loaf pan lined with tinfoil (DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP) that has been sprayed with Pam. Chill for and hour and enjoy!!

Variations
You can add any ingredients you like after the condensed milk like nuts, dried fruit, golden grahams, oreo cookies, skor chips, M & M's, anything!

When using white chocolate, you can add any flavorings like rum (add rasins!), maple, even bubble gum and rootbeer! I get mine from www.lorannoils.com (they are the best and super concentrated).

I hope you find this one easy to make! I have literally made hundreds of pounds of this for gifts and gift baskets. Enjoy!!

My Grandmother made fudge at the holidays that was always tasty. She would buy a jar of marshmallow and then follow a recipe on the jar to make it. It seemed pretty easy other than you needed a seriously strong arm to stir it. I can recall my Grandfather doing the stirring at the end for her. It did not seem to have a lot of ingredients and it always tasted good and was gobbled up. She would make one batch with nuts and the other with Walnuts.
