My native language is English, and I usually dream in English. But every once in a while I dream in one of the other languages I speak. Once I had a dream where I spoke all the languages I know, and even tried what French I know (very little).

In my dreams I speak perfect French (which I'm fluent in but not flawless) and understand what's going on in German (rarely happens in real life! Mostly in English (native language) though.

My kids sometimes talk in their sleep and you can tell to whom by the language they use (any of the three).

My native language is English and I have learned both Spanish and German later in life. I mostly dream in English although occasionally in Spanish. I don't think I've ever dreamed in German, but I'm not as proficient in German.

I mostly dream in Japanese because that is my native language But every once in a while I will dream in English. So I guess it depends on your native tongue.

Probably in your native language...
But if you grew speaking three different ones, then your dreams would be a multi cultural movie.....

If you are truly bilingual (i.e., if you grew up speaking each language equally), you will dream in either. If you are not bilingual and are better in one than the other, you will only dream in your native language.
