Sure why not. She probably wants to get on with her life, and going out with a new person will be great!

But be a little cautious... if it was a long relationship, and she's a little messed up about it... you may become the 'rebound guy'. Unless of course... your ok with that?

It is ok to call her on Monday to ask how she feels but I don't think it is ok to ask if she wants to go on a date or do anything romantic yet. Give her a bit more time to settle down or size up her own situation first.

Well I would say it would be OK to call her and go out later this week but be careful because she could be rebounding too! If you are looking to pursue soemthign long term then maybe I would hesitate but just causal dating I would say should be fine. A lot fo it depends on her relationship she just got out of too. Just be careful and take it SLOW!

Don't do the stupid "wait three days to call her" thing that guys do. That's just annoying. If she gave your her number (her real number) then go ahead and call her. Just keep in mind that she may have been out partying to drown her sorrows and sobered up and realized she isn't ready to go out with anyone yet. Don't get your hopes too high.

That sounds good but I might ask if she would like to grab a bite to eat or coffee. I don't think you want scare her off into thinking you drink alot or that you just wanna get her drunk. Maybe just ask her what she would like to do...I know havng a drink when getting to know someone does help take the edge off so you are not so nervous! I'd put the ball in her court!

Good Luck!!

Sure - why not? You might end up being used as a transition relationship but that's the risk you take.

it all depends, there are two main personalities, one that gets really attached, and needs more personal space after a break up. the other personality needs people and dont get too attached, ask yourself which pers. she is. i think you should wait a few days longer though.

Yes, if she's really trying to get over her ex, she's going to want to get out of the house, .....but buyer beware. Can you say rebound?

Sure, but remember she just got dumped.. She's not taking this serious yet. It hasn't probably even sank in.
