In a romantic atmosphere and place, then just ask her how she feels about you. I like it when my boyfriend told me first because I had a wall up and was a wall he knew was tough to break down He finally broke down my wall by just coming right out no beating around the bush romantically told me everything he feels for me...then It was easier for me to be able to tell him I too feel the same way.....
