The name "James" in the New Testament is borne by several:
James, the son of Zebedee -- Apostle, brother of John, Apostle; also called "James the Greater".
James, the son of Alpheus, Apostle -- Matthew 10:3; Mark 3:18; Luke 6:15; Acts 1:13.
James, the brother of the Lord -- Matthew 13:55; Mark 6:3; Galatians 1:19. Without a shadow of doubt, he must be identified with the James of Galatians 2:2 and 2:9; Acts 12:17, 15:13 sqq. and 21:18; and I Corinthians 15:7.
James, the son of Mary, brother of Joseph (or Joses) -- Mark 15:40 (where he is called ò mikros "the little", not the "less", as in the D.V., nor the "lesser"); Matthew 27:56. Probably the son of Cleophas or Clopas (John 19:25) where "Maria Cleophæ" is generally translated "Mary the wife of Cleophas", as married women are commonly distinguished by the addition of their husband's name.
James, the brother of Jude -- Jude 1:1. Most Catholic commentators identify Jude with the "Judas Jacobi", the "brother of James" (Luke 6:16; Acts 1:13), called thus because his brother James was beter known than himself in the primitive Church.

The first James was a fisherman brother to Simon sons of Zebedee (New Testament). The other James was the brother of our Savior Jesus Christ who also is the author of the Book of James.

Son of Joseph and Mary, and half brother of Jesus. (Mr 6:3; Ga 1:19) Although not an apostle, it was evidently this James who was an overseer of the Christian congregation at Jerusalem (Ac 12:17) and who wrote the Bible book bearing his name. (Jas 1:1) He may have been next to Jesus in age, being the first named of Mary’s four natural-born sons: James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas. (Mt 13:55; see BROTHER.) Paul implies in his letter to the Corinthians, written about the year 55 C.E., that James was married.—1Co 9:5.
JAMES
[English equivalent of Jacob, meaning, “One Seizing the Heel; Supplanter”].
1. Father of the apostle Judas (not Judas Iscariot).—Lu 6:16; Ac 1:13.
2. Son of Zebedee; brother of John and one of the 12 apostles of Jesus Christ. (Mt 10:2) His mother, it seems, was Salome, as may be noted by comparing two accounts of the same event. One mentions “the mother of the sons of Zebedee,” the other calls her “Salome.” (Mt 27:55, 56; Mr 15:40, 41; see SALOME No. 1.) A further comparison of John 19:25 perhaps points to Salome as the fleshly sister of Mary, Jesus’ mother. If so, James was a first cousin of Jesus.
James and his brother were working with their father in the fishing business in 30 C.E. when Jesus called them, together with associate fishermen Peter and Andrew, to be his disciples and “fishers of men.” In answering Jesus’ call, James and John left a fishing business that was a partnership with Peter and Andrew and that was large enough to employ hired men.—Mt 4:18-22; Mr 1:19, 20; Lu 5:7-10.
The next year, 31 C.E., when Jesus designated 12 of his disciples to be apostles, James was one of the group selected.—Mr 3:13-19; Lu 6:12-16.

According to almost all biblical scholarship it is highly unlikely that James the brother of Jesus wrote the book of James. But google the James ossuary if your looking to find out about a big scandal in biblical archeology.

Matthew 10: 1-4
They are all named there
James (son of Zebedee)
James (son of Alphaeus)
that is all I know
Not to be confused with James that wrote the book of James (Jesus' Brother by Mary and Joseph)
