When someone dyes their hair two colors. For example the top layers are platinum blonde, and the bottom layers are jet black. I'm trying to find a wig like this.

I heard it was called "the skunk". I'm not sure if that's exactly what you're talking about. But my hair is died jet black all on the top and the my bottom layer of hair is blond. My hairstylist said it's called the skunk, and it sounds very similar to what you're describing. Hope this helps!

Sometimes you can just call it "two-toned" - but I'm not sure that there's a specific universally known name for it.
