after turning me down, she wants to be just friends...but even tho i want to, it seems like its going to be hard..when she hugs me, feelings come again and i got jealous when she seemed happy with this guy. i havent talked to her in a month. i dont want her to think im bitter tho...

If you have feelings for her stay away it's only going to get worse if your around her. If your jealous then stay away! Your jealousy may get the best of you and you may do something that you'll regret and loose your chances of having any kind of relationship with her. Move on and don't think about her in time you will be over it and be ready to find someone else. It may take a while but it'll happen. Good luck!!

Maybe you still need a little bit of time to get over the hurt. Let her know that you need some time.If later comes and you still have a problem with being her friend,then you will just have to move on.Just explain this to her and I'm sure she will understand.This is all I know what to tell you. These things are very difficult and some people just cannot remain friends.Good luck.

I can understand how you feel. Just think of your needs and move on. Sure she wants to be friends, but it will be too challenging for you. When you find a new girlfriend it will be possible. Time heals all wounds.

it seems that being friends with her makes you sad. if i were you, i would move on. i mean stop seeing her, at least for some time.
seeing her happy makes you unhappy. thats normal but it hurts.

id just leave her. she still wants tabs on you. she wants you to still be her backup. don't let her.
