The magic principal itself can be very simple and a rather unexciting event, such as a card appearing from a deck. Just sleight of hand. But what makes the magic trick magical is the way it is performed, the story, the excitement, the suspense. A very simple trick can appear to be extremely complex and awkward to figure out.

Magic is an art form; it is more theatre than skill. There is skill involved and I know magicians train for weeks on some tricks, but without the theatrical antics that go with a trick, then the trick is meaningless and unexciting.

Good luck.

Okay, it is difficult to show you magic on a computer screen, but here is my best shot. I will now make it so that you can read gibberish on the screen and decipher it into enlgish:

Amlsot all mspielld wodrs fuor lttres or lnoger can be raed by the mnid as lnog as the frist and lsat lettres saty in the smae palce.

Magic, Eh?

ok pick a card, any card. Now don't show me. Now put it back in the pack, like that. Yep, that's fine. Now shuffle the pack ... a bit more, please. OK, that's fine. Now ... watch closely. I will pick out the card that you chose.
DA DA DA (drumroll and fanfare) - TA RA!!!!!
See, that was the card you chose.
