She said I could leave and live with my grandfather in america were I could be happy and be with my girlfriend. And now she keeps changing the plan. So as of now I have to wait a year and a half longer than I thought.

Ask your mom why she doesn't want you to go....maybe it's money problems or she can't bear the thought of you leaving her....

Sometimes parent are unreasonible. They do know when you are ready for life by what you do at home. The longer they can wait the older you will be, where they know they cant do much about it then. Some parents dont want there child to leave them so excuses come up alot. ...........dont be too mad find out what it can be and go from there because you will be older enough to go on your own.

How old are you and how much do you nag her to let you go???? She doesn't feel comfortable with the plan so get over yourself and wait the year and a half. If you are calling her names because you can't get your way, you are WAY too young to go....
