No, I don't think it's attainable but I won't piss on ALL of your fireworks. It's possible but there's a very little likelihood of you being able to gather that much money in 7 months.
You would probably have to get several jobs, and if you expect to continue with your education and have this jobs there should be a good pay/time ratio.
Good luck!

Even if you could get a minimum wage job, and save ALL you earnings, $5000 in 7 months is over 35 hours / week without accounting for taxes. Unless you have something to sell, I doubt you can make that much in 7 months.

its possible. Legally there are many ways you can do it at that age but although its not easy... because a that age, you can't get a paycheck kind of job... because you are too young. You got to be creative!! It depends on what you like to do.. Do you like to draw? maybe you ould sell your drawings to your friends at school? you could buy cheap stuff in ebay and sell them for profit... thats another time consuming stuff,,, me I usedto sell stuff on ebay but I got tired of having to deal with it so I stopped.. now I sell movies as a side thing to friends and family only... but I only do it to get some extra money for the gas... I dont expect much of it... but like I said its is possble for you to raise that kind of money LEGALLY, you got to be creative. and perseverant.... If you have something you could sell me (dvds, electronics, that knd of stuff)... email me thru here. Hope I was of some help... :)

..I really dont see why you would need all that money? And no. Most states require a job at 16. Unless your working at a paper route..getting 30$ a week.
