Yes this is a concern, she probably needs to go to the dentist, but letting her parents know may be hard, so you need to talk to an adult. My son is loosing teeth some, and then some are not coming out, doctor says he does not have a lot of room in his mouth, and some people have problems with their teeth in the fact that there are none under them. This can all be handled by a dentist and him her recommending an orthodontist and or an oral surgeon.

Hope every thing goes well.

I had all of my baby teeth in my 3rd grade school pics, so I had not lost ANY and I was 9, so no, I wouldn't necessarily worry. I'm 26 now, and no baby teeth :)

Also, my daughter took about 9 months to fully grow her front permanent teeth in after losing the baby ones.

Every one is different, if she is concerned, ask the dentist.
