Ok so when i get my period. my cramps are terrible sometimes i through up and it happens mostly every month.

I have taken midol,pamprin and motrin.
Is there anything else to make the pain go away?

Have you tried heat? Somethings that can be soothing. Also, how much do you exercise? If possible, exercise a little more during your cycle. That will probably lessen the cramps.

I'm allergic to aspirin so I have to take naprosyn. You can get it in an over the counter form in almost any store brand. It will probably be called naprosyn sodium. Follow the instructed dose and if that doesn't work take up to (2) 220 mg tablets.

Stay away from caffeine, like Excedrin and sodas, coffee, etc. They make the cramps worse.

You might want to talk to your doctor about being put on birth control. This has seemed to work for many of my friends.

If your at home I use to have my daughter sit on my stomach or one of my heavier cats..thoses pills never worked for me

you might want to talk to your doc cuz it could be a more severe problem. he can also give you prescription meds. use heating pads or hot water bottles.

talk to your doctor. they will tell you to limit all things like coke. caffinated drinks you may have some condition. check with your doctor.
