are there anyphone companies other than bell that you can get?

bell phone company is awful they are rude and just not nice are there other phone companies i can change to for phone and internet service.and change service without changing phone numbers.

You stated the exact reasons why I left SBC. Rudeness, incompetence and they would never explain my bill!

I have MCI's Neighborhood Unlimited plan, for $49.99 a month (I kept my same number).

They also have Neighborhood 500 and 200 plans (good if you use your cell for most of your calls).

Also, because their Customer Service is now outsourced to India, they don't want any complaints. They give you credits left and right.

My October bill was $7.50. I called them up and told them that my bill was wrong (I like them that much). They apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a credit for 2 months!

You also receive emails when you get voicemails. The email will tell you the number that called you.
