Yes, you can pay with a money order. It may take awhile longer to get the item you purchased, however, since the seller will want to have the money order in hand before shipping. Ever think about setting up a PayPal account? You can also pay by echeck...a little faster than mailing a check or money order to the buyer, but still a bit slower than paying by credit card.

Sometimes a person will offer the option to pay with a money order, if you have a checking account Paypal can also set you up that way, but just watch where it says payment type and sometimes they have the option.

As others have said, it depends on the seller. Remember, you are not buying from E-Bay. E-Bay just provides a means for independent sellers to connect with buyers. Pay-pal is a service they offer to accept payments with some protection for both buyers and sellers. The seller and buyer can agree to any terms both are willing to accept.

It depends on the seller. Most of them don't mind you mailing them a money order and then they mail you the item.

Yet some require paypal only.
