if your parents are true christians then they should remember this... though shalt not judge and "he who is sinless cast the first stone" Its not up to your parents to judge your sister and even though the bible does have scripture pertaining to homosexuality it does not give ANYONE the right to judge another person. following god's word pertains to yourself and the way you live...

Your mom and your sister need to work out their own problems. It sounds like they need some sort of counseling or mediation to mend their relationship. I understand your religious beliefs about her being a lesbian, but it is not your position to judge, it will be her cross to bear when she faces God in the end. We were all given free will and she is exercising hers. She is your sister and family is important, stick by her and develop your relationship together. You do not have to accept or be exposed to the situation if you do not feel comfortable, through mutual respect for each other you can accomplish this. Only time will tell how things will turn out with her significant other and your family, but don't let it create a permanent wall between the two of you.

As a Christian, we are called to love each other, unconditionally. This does not mean you accept that your sister is a lesbian, but love her and show her the same unconditional love that Christ has shown you. All you can do is share Christ’s love and let Christ’s love show through your life and pray that it has an effect on her life.

Christians will get beef from other people because of our faith. The problem is not with her but with her behavior. You love her as a person but her actions are what you disagree with, make that clear to her and share with her what GOD would have her do and what HE has done for you. Remember at the end of the day, it's her choice, that is why GOD gave all man-kind free-will.

even if she is a lesbian you should still exept her. Don't beileve everything you hear in church, or the bible. If god didn't want people to be lesbians why would he create them. Explane this to your mom and tell her to leave your sister alone, and tell her that thats what she is and her fighting isnt going to change it

so why did she have to announce it to everyone? I mean, I don't go telling everyone who I sleep with and what I do in bed. But do accept her "as a person", not for what she does in the bedroom.
