You are a pro illegal supporter stop trying to stir the pot.
By the way the meat packing plants were paying $ 19. an hour.They hired illegal aliens for $ 9. an hour and told the legal workers they would have to take a cut in pay or find another job.
That's how American wages get lowered by illegal aliens willingness to work for nothing and the illegalities of unscrupulous employers that also need to be arrested.

I don't think you can do anything. There are so many things wrong with situation you described that I barely know where to start.
First there is no such language as American. If he married your daughter that makes him your son-in-law and possibly the father of your grand children. You can't steal a job. The job doesn't belong to the person performing the job it belongs to the person paying for the work. In short the job was your bosses not yours.
I'm not saying that somebody somewhere pays illegals under the table but I've never heard of that happening at a processing plant. Labor is a major cost and if you pay labor under the table you can't deduct that cost from your taxes and in a labor intensive business could result in you oweing more in taxes than you have cash available to pay. If you'd ever run a business or had any dealings with the IRS you'd understand that they have access to your bank account so they and extract taxes.

Have him play the California state lottery for you. I think you can only win if you are an illegal alien. At least then you will realize some value.
Maybe you could use the money to buy yourself a good spell checker and invest in some English classes.

Okay, first of all I would use your new found time to go back to High School and get your GED, maybe then you will know than American is a nationality, not a language and does not have a "k" in it. Second, my guess is he didn't steal your job, he just does it better. A better work ethic may be of help to you to. Maybe you could learn from him instead of blaming him for your problems!

You can't steal someone's job unless the plant allows them to take it. Not his fault, go to the plant and talk to them.
