The Cobra will eat the other 2 for breakfast, but you can put a supercharger on the mach and be right there for a little less money.

It depends on your definition of better, but from a performance standpoint the Cobra has got it all over the Mach 1. Its factory equipped with a supercharger, and although you can install a supercharger on a Mach 1 the Cobra's engine was designed for the blower with stronger components and a lower compression ratio.

Plus all it takes is a simple pulley swap and you'll have enough boost to be knocking on the doors of an 11 second 1/4 mile with traction.

You need to consider all the other facets involved, besides just the vehicle, such as insurability--maintenance--resale value etc.... The most important thing though is to ensure your potential buy hasn't had prior damage. That in mind, get a thorough background check done by a professional mechanic as well as body man. Too often vehicles are not what they seem, else why would they be on the market as used.

Better for what? In terms of maintenance, upkeep, resale, insurance, gas mileage, handling?

Give us a little more detail. If it were me, I'd buy the th V6 and put the SVT body kit on it. Only you and your mechanic would know the truth.
