Yes sweet potatoes freeze well but they have to be cooked first. Make sure that the other ingredients in your dish freeze well also. You can quarter and bake or boil the sweet potatoes and thaw and put in a dish later. Or you can make mashed sweet potatoes and then freeze the mashed potatoes in freezer bags or Tupperware.

Yes they can be fixed & then frozen. If you want to freeze them to be fixed. Peel them, then parboil them (drop in boiling water for 5 minutes). Drain. Put in freezable container & they should keep for about 6 months.

I mostly bake my sweet pota.peel them mash them and put a bit of butter or marg. in put them in small containers ,of in the freezer they go. You have them anytime you want them. just taw in microwave.Yummy bone appetite
