Please do not use hydrogen peroxide this will cause scarring. Benzoyl peroxide will work nicely - you can get it at the drugstore,
Acne Free is a really good product you can get at Wal-mart.
Proactive works. Ask your doctor about Retin-A - it works wonders.

When I was younger and had a huge red pimple, I used to take a bottle of hydrogen peroxide and continuosly douse my pimple in the peroxide. I would actually put the opening of the bottle around my pimple directly against my skin and let it soak. Eventually, the hydrogen peroxide would make the pimple start to bubble and it would kind of open up in the middle. I would continue to douse it in hydrogen peroxide until I could squeeze it and get all the goo out. The I would keep dousing it and it seemed to accelerate the pimple's life and would go away fater.

Hydrogen peroxide should not be used full strength and it will not decrease the redness. You should not pop pimples as this spreads the staph bacteria causing more pimples. Use a acne facial srub and try using a cool compress to reduce the redness. If you acne is really bothersome consider seeing the doc for antibiotics to help take care of it.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Hi, I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria. In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.

I think you got the name half right ;)
Benzoyl Peroxide is good for Acne.
Drink lots of water, use a good cleanser to wash your face. Some people have triggers that cause a slew of pimples, if you find one for you, avoid it.
You may need antibiotic cream if you've lots of Acne. I don't think I should prescribe that online, visit a dermatologist.
If you don't wanna apply medicinal creams, toothpaste is good. Esp. White toothpaste shrinks your pimple. It has worked for me!

Yikes - what are you trying to do to your skin.
If you have a problem - go to a doctor, for godsake!
Don't try to do this yourself, you could be making it worse, than better.
Hydrogen peroxide is the strongest thing you could be using - and burns & is caustic, stripping your face of the natural oils it needs.. Your facial skin is delicate compared to other parts of your body. Treat it well, and it will thank you by the time you reach 40!!!

Castor Oil. A drop of castor oil on a zit a few times a day will shrink it quickly. Castor Oil stimulates elimination, which is how it works.
