Yeah, I think it can. There are many hair and skin traits that are affected by our genes. Whether our hair is thick, thin, curly, straight, as well as the tendency for going bald. I would think this would extend to other areas of the body as well. The beautiful thing is, we can control how and where we want it to be. :)
