The normal way of handling this would be for your lawyer to take you to court to apply for a change in the conditions of bail to allow you to attend specific places, viz your doctor's surgery, the hospital and the physio's practice, to receive medical attention by appointment. The by appointment is important, because it would mean that if the police tried to pick you up, provided that you could flash the relevant piece of paper at them you would be covered. The 24 hour curfew was presumably imposed to protect the public from you, but you are a very different man, crippled as you are with agonising injuries, from the hale and healthy man who appeared in court back in August. I am surprised that this application wasn't made on your behalf this morning -- or perhaps it was? If the sheriff, the lawyer and the doctor are all on your side, its seems unimaginable that the conditions of your bail were not relaxed.

What I get out of you "question" is: you are under 24 hour house arrest (electronic monitoring), you went to have physical therapy due to the injuries you had incurred during the arrest that caused you to get the 24 hour home confinement. You went to p/t without it being okayed and you got arrested again for violation of the conditions. Yes?

Well, the current conditions must have made some inclusion for these treatments. If not, then your lawyer should have made the condition part of the deal. Now you need to get this set up so you can get the treatment legally (without violating your conditions)

what are you saying you cant get treatment without a court permission, that's absolute nonsense and i assume your home now, and if that's the case call your doctor in by emergency phone and he will see you get taken to hospital and your treatment will commence and no body can interfere and by the sound of things the police have some explaining to do. You don't say which country your in but i cant think its UK, our police with all its faults do not act in that manner

er whats the question ?

regardless if you use your head you will be acquitted of assault , explain to court that when the officer first laid hands on you you lost your balance and fell , the officer assumed you intended to resist arrest and attempted none to gently to pull you to your feet , you felt something crack in your shoulder and the pain was incredible , without thinking you lashed out NOT with the intention of causing harm but rather to remove the source of your pain , the officers then wrongly assumed you were of violent intent and so responded with unnecessary force causing you further injury . you apologise for your breach of the curfew imposed but you feel you have been sinned against in greater measure the you yourself have sinned and your breach of the order was a reflection of how angry you felt at the injustice of it all .
print this out and take it to your lawyer good luck .
