I don't usually eat when I'm detoxing.
A tea that I like is hot water with honey, lemon, and cayenne pepper. You might like it too.
Ginger tea is another great one. Brew ginger slices with boiling water. It really gets your circulation going, and gives some great pep!
Soemtimes if I feel like I'm really needing a few calories, I will eat a grapefruit or a glass of JustCranberry juice.
Make sure you are drinking PLENTY of water while you detox. This is expecially hard in the winter, so I like to mix it up with warm water.
I don't know how long you're detoxing for. My longest detox was a week.
I've heard there are "slow detoxes" that you can do with pills. They usually last a month or so, and you can generally eat with them. They probably come with instructions.

Drinking alot of water is important. Light salads are great for detox, as well as oranges and lemons

its kinda hard to eat when detoxing but try and eat something that easy on the stomach like bread or toast hot tea or coffee, but as the days go on it gets easier, if you where drinking a lot of alcohol and your getting sick a lot and your heads messed up you will have to get tablets to help bring you back to normal, the likes of Librium are good

Asdas have some good stuff. Tried it myself and felt much better. It's like tea - you infuse it in hot water for a while before drinking it.
