Why don't you try contacting the Auckland Art Gallery directly yourself and inquire about their past shows and the artists they have in their permanent gallery collection? I'm sure they have a web site that you can find easily by doing a Yahoo or Google search. Their web site might even provide a listing of whichever artists they have as part of their permanent collections.

They'll also provide you with a telephone number to call them directly.
