As hot as your oven will let you for a fresh pizza. You want to reheat a leftover, so it doesn't really matter. Take care to preheat the oven before and bake the pizza for a few minutes. The smell will tell you when it's ready.

anything thats reheated has to have an internal temp of 165 for 15 sec

To make it taste fresh you should wrap it in aluminum foil & bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
