I don't think there is any proven ways to grow hair fast (except in the places you don't want it to grow...).
I've always taken two 400iu vitamin e daily and my hair is now to my waist. I started taking vit E when it was discovered to help prevent breast cancer - little did I know that my hair and nails would grow like crazy.

Hair only grows at a rate of 1/2 inch per month--no matter what you do.

Get it trimmed every 6 weeks. That works for me! Regular trims will keep split ends away, which would otherwise break off and give the illusion that it is not growing.

Trim every 4-6 weeks so it can be healthy looking and grow better but not faster.

Eat healthy and supplement with daily vitamins. It won't make your hair grow "faster" but it'll be healthier and thicker, and require less frequent trimming.
