I've had a weird headache on the left side of my head - about three fingers to the left of my temple - it comes and goes but it's like a needle being inserted from the inside. Aspirin isn't helping and it comes and goes. Any ideas?

sounds like a migraine to me. go to your dr. or walk in clinic. they will ask questions or do tests to find out if it is a migraine or something more.

Go see a Optometrist or a Doctor. Eyes can cause headache

You need to get in to a doctor! There are so many different thing's that it could be.
