here are some details:

i live with my boyfriend who will claim head of house hold and he is going to claim our two children

i am going to claim my son from my previous marrige and i get 28.00 in child support for my son

You can file a US federal tax return even if you made zero income. Whether or not you can claim your kids depends on whether or not you are legally entitled to do so and you have not given us enough information to help you determine that.

Absolutely. and if your a single parent you are eligible for the earned income credit too.. You may also be eligible to file "head of household". See the guidelines. You'll probably get more back in taxes than you paid.

You can claim your kids as long as you provided more than 50% of their support.
