beige is a safe bet if you want a clean neutral look
If you want a Pop factor try adding cranberry type burgundies with accent pillows, throws and rugs and candles

You have almost unlimited choices that would be beautiful; I would choose a cream colored couch with burgundy and soft blues and a touch of green print. That way you can bring out any of the colors with your other furniture, throw pillows, wall hangings, etc. Try to avoid anything too busy....the effect of your off-white and white marble would be spoiled. A burgundy oval rug would be dramatic and pretty, but be sure to place the legs of the sofa on the edge of the rug to give it that "anchored: look. Invite me over when you're finished!

Depending what ou like really. Do you like loud colors or are you more of a pastel kind of person?
If you spend a lot of time in the livingroom you may want it toned down for relaxtion between your and your family or guests who may join you for a night of conversation etc.
I prefer the softer colors and because you have a white base there is so many color pallets you can mix with it? Why don't you go to your nearest Home Depot or Hardware and spend some time there with paint colors and bring a few home and mix and match to coordinate throughout your space.
There are many sites you could google for interior design which might give you some ideas.

I have offwhite walls and we have beige furniture with all kinds of burgendy accents around. It's so warm and comfortable. I get a lot of compliments on it as well. The dark green or blue works well too. (hunter greens or a slate or navy blue) Someone I know incorporated offwhite with white and gold, but that is just too victorian looking for me, but if you like that, there's another idea.

How elegant!!, try using dark wood furniture, if you like white, use white fabrics, and a medium tone color for curtains and accent pillows, or use pale blue. use golden or silver accents!!
