Start with boneless pork chops. Season them at your choice.
Dredge them in flour seasoned at your choice
Dip them in an egg/milk mixture
Dredge them in ground up cracker crumbs saltines work the best
Brown them in equal parts olive oil and butter
Drain them on a cooling rack on a cookie sheet and then place in oven at about 325 until the chops are done.
Serve with cheesy potatoes, i.e. au gratin, scalloped etc..
peas and a fruit. The juice from the fruit with the pork chops is an awesome mix.

I'm not a big pork fan, but this one is great!
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 tbsp. butter OR margarine
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
SPRINKLE chops with lemon pepper seasoning. Heat butter in skillet. Cook chops 10 min. or until browned.
ADD soup, milk and mustard. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until chops are done. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4.
TIP: Serve with egg noodles and your favorite steamed vegetable. For dessert serve chunky applesauce topped with cinnamon

Gravy Baked Pork Chops
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 pork chops
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon hot shortening
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup water
Preparation:
Season chops, brown in shortening, pour off drippings. Mix soup, milk and water and pour around chops. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes until tender.
You can also cook on top of stove.

This is what I am going to make tonight.....
Quick & Easy Pork Chop Skillet
4 bone-in pork chops, 3/4 inch thick (1-1/2 lb.)
1 tsp. oil
1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
1 small onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
1 can (15-1/4 oz.) pear halves, undrained
BROWN chops in oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 min. on each side. Remove from skillet; set aside.
ADD 2 Tbsp. of the dressing, onion, garlic and rosemary to skillet. Cook 3 min.
RETURN chops to skillet. Add pears with juice and remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing. Simmer on medium heat 10 min. or until chops are cooked through. Arrange chops on platter; spoon sauce over chops.

Honey curry pork chops: Add 1tsp. of curry powder to a package of shake and bake for pork. Prepare and bake according to the directions on the box. About 10 mins. before they are done, drizzle with honey. They are spicy but sweet.

brown pork chops(4) in a little grease.
when they are brown add a chopped onion to the stock and brown the onions,adding a little water to loosen up the gravy,brown onions to a dark brown,then add about 2 cups of water and season to taste,salt,pepper,red pepper. serves 2-4
serve over rice.
