You need a detox. This means that your body needs cleansing and your hormones and cravings a out of whack. After the detox, try taking a daily vitamin supplement. It helps balance things out. Good Luck

Overeating is a common problem - especially with todays emphasis on 'super-size' fast food crap.

Depending on where you live, you might be able to find a program that helps you figure out a solution - even if its just a group meeting.

Try to take it gradually, don't starve yourself, or you will end up sick, or going back to eating too much. Try to choose healthy things, like fruits and vegetables. I've held the view for a long time that it really doesn't matter (past a certain point) how much or what you eat - as long as it is healthy and not overdoing it.

The most important thing is to balance it with daily exercise - go for a walk, ride a bike, do exercises (if you can afford a gym, go for it - but you can do 90% of the stuff you would do at a gym at home, and you don't have to make time to get to the gym). Look online for simple exercises you can do to burn fat - and if all else fails, go with the tried and true jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, and jogging/fast walking.

Good luck!!

Do you keep yourself busy? Usually when we are busy we don't have time to eat. Keep yourself occupied. Also, when you do eat, eat protein. It will fill u up and not leave you hungry right away. Also, u might not believe this but eating too much is all in the mind. If you tell yourself you are not hungry and stop thinking about it by occupying the mind, it will work if you persist at it.

You may want to consider joining over eaters, they are there because a lot of people have that problem. Also, take it one day at a time, set a goal for each day on what to eat/not eat... it helps to stick to short term goals.
