Since dogs are warmer blooded than we are--it is fine to keep the thermostat at say 60 or even 55 wont hurt--keep in mind that lots of dogs live outside and don't have the comfort of a sofa to sleep on all day :-) and they are fine even in colder temps--

Cats and dogs will adjust to different temperatures, just like we do. If you have a little bed for the dog, you could put a blanket in it so that she has something to kind of snuggle with. A temperature of about 60 should be good for the dog. He/she will be fine!

Keep it at whatever temperature you find affordable. The dog will grow a coat thick enough to keep it warm. I have two dogs that are inside at night and outside during the day, and even though our daytime temperatures are in the 30s, they grow coats that are thick enough to keep them warm outside even if they sometimes get a little too hot in the house. Most animals are very adaptable to temperatures -- Mother Naure takes care of her own!

Just have a warm bed for the dog and let the sun come in through the window....if the dog gets cold it'll know what to do.

You should keep it at room temp. which is 73 degrees fahrenheit. Just keep it at a temp. that the dog is comfortable at. Keep an eye on it and notice at the different temp.s if it's panting or not. or even if it goes in a room to get warmer.
