It depends on the conversation. I like Judges 1:19 for the "God can do anything" conversation...
"And the LORD was with Judah; and he drave out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron."
And Isaiah 45:7 when all of the "Satan is the reason there is evil" people start their crap.
" I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things."
I also like Amos 3:6 for that conversation...
"Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?"
But my overall FAVORITE for people who talk about the higher morality of Christians is Psalms 137:9
"Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones."
Now, You may have noticed that these are all Old Testament verses. Christians almost always notice this. So I like to remind them that the Old Testament allegedly contains Gods law. I like to remind them of Jesus own words in Matthew 5:18
"For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled."
If you want more examples, read my blog... Go back to about June 19, 2006 and start reading forward.

I have three favorites:
The Parable of the Good Samaritan in the Gospel of Luke (10:25-37); Jesus' affirmation of Moses and earlier moralists (a.k.a. the Golden Rule) in the Gospels of Matthew (7:12) and Luke (6:31); and John 8:32, which states, "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

Mark 4:31-32 [It is] like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, is less than all the seeds that be in the earth:
But when it is sown, it groweth up, and becometh greater than all herbs, and shooteth out great branches; so that the fowls of the air may lodge under the shadow of it

The first 6 verse of Job. They say that the greatest follower of God on the planet was not a Jew, and that God has more than one son, therby undermining the entire Judeo-Christian tradition in a compact form.

I'm fond of the ones dealing with stoning disobedient children, and dashing babies on rocks. Such a loving, forgiving God!
Those were the main catalysts for my becoming a non-believer.
Some of my believing friends have tried to explain and justify those verses, but none have given me any reasons that could make me change my mind.

I like this quote from God: "I hate, I spurn your feasts, I take no pleasure in your solemnities… If you wish to offer me holocausts, then let justice surge like water, and goodness like an unfailing stream."

Well, considering that the Bible is simply the best selling fiction of all time...I can only tell you the section that I find the funniest. The opening scripture is a hoot! It sets the theme for the whole book.

Exodus 11:5 (New International Version)
5 Every firstborn son in Egypt will die, from the firstborn son of Pharaoh, who sits on the throne, to the firstborn son of the slave girl, who is at her hand mill, and all the firstborn of the cattle as well.
I just love it when God kills innocent babies to prove his love.
