Most salons are closed on Mondays generally anyways. All you can do is try around. (I work at a salon and I'm stuck working at the desk today - although we don't have stylists in for services....I'm here to answer phones and do errands).

many hair salons are closed on Monday generally. perhaps you could phone them up to see if they're open?
