I'm sure it's more embarrassing for them. If you know that one of them is cheating on his/her spouse, you might consider informing the spouse.

I would take a leave and never talk about it. careful he will want to make a pass at you too especially if he knows that you saw him.
That kind of habit is bad. The boss probably has a wife and he is sinning with a co-worker. Trust me don't get involved. Once you do, you will lose your self-respect and dignity in front of him and he will treat you like a whore.

It would probably be more embarrasing for them. They are the ones doing something wrong.
I would not say or do anything about it - they are consenting adults (hopefully - if your boss used his position to get her to sleep with him, than that is another story). HOWEVER, if I noticed that she was getting preferential treatment over everyone else, than I would make sure I had a quite word to my boss that I didnt think it was fair and that we both know why it is the case, and that unless it stopped there would be some further action taken in regards to it.

It's embarassing for everyone.
Your boss should have a certain fear for his job, given he has put his company at risk with his behavior.
Your co-worker is most likely mortified.
I would say nothing. Wait to see if either of them approach you about it.

That is not very good. It should really be more embarrassing for them. They could get into a lot of trouble. Not to mention a sexual harassment lawsuit for offending you. Or you could just start a really juicy rumor, but you will have to decide.

Forget it immediately. Shove it to the far back reaches of your brain and never ever mention it again to anyone. You don't want to be the office gossiper. Just pretend it never happened, and if either one asks you, say "I didn't see anything.". Keep your a** covered.

Nice ...very nice. I would have winked at them and made a joke. I wouldn't do anything.. you didn't do anything wrong. They are probably in relationships or they wouldn't be hiding at work doing the deed.

Report it to HR anonymously. You could be in hot water if they find out that you knew and didnt say anything.
