How can you control inlfuenza with the control of malaria?

You can't. These r 2 totally different diseases. Influenza (flu) is spread by air-borne particles eg, when u cough or sneeze while Malaria is spread when u r bittten by a mosquito that is carrying the malarial parasite. Malaria is controlled by controlling the A. aegypti mosquito, the flu is controlled by separation, etc. There is no correlation between both diseases.
