2 carrots well cleaned diced

I put chicken, baby corrots and a big can of chicken broth in my crockpot (add salt, pepper, or whatever seasoning). My whole family loves that - good with turkey too. I usually use boneless chicken but it doesn't matter - the meat falls right off the bone! Very good and SUPER easy!

Make a marinade making use of olive oil, lemon juice, grated lemon rind, grated root ginger, salt, pepper and anything herbs you have got mendacity round. Mix all of the marinade parts in combination. Butterfly two chook fillets and position them in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the fillets, turning the beef in order that it is all lined within the marinade. Leave within the refrigerator for part and hour after which pan fry the beef on a medium warmth. Simple and scrumptious

I use a salt brine in a plastic bag for a couple of hours, rinse and fry in a little peanut oil and let cook in it's own juices.....Simple dish, but it's great......I serve it with white rice. I try to teach my grand-daughter simple recipes now, because whenI'm gone my recipes will be lost forever.....
