I'm 14 and I'm 4'11", almost 5'. I'm very athletic and I eat VERY healthy. So pretty much I do everything and eat correctly, the way teens are supposed to. My dad is about 5'10" and my mom is around 5'4"-5'5", but my dad's parents are pretty short and my mom's mom is tall, almost 6' i think. I've had my period already, but it's still irregular, so I'm wondering if I'll get any taller?

oh and I've been short ever since I was little

Ask your mom how tall you were when you were two years old, and then double it. With very little variance, that will be your adult height.

My son was very small through his childhood ..if fact when he was in 8th grade he was the smallest (boys and girls)..and in highschool he still remained very small (but like you was very good in sports.. soccer)....got to college and sprung up to 6'2'' and me and my wife are just about as tall as your parents...Hang in there....

yes, you'll get taller. get more calcium in your diet to support your bone growth.

i think when you reach about 25, you'll start slowing your growth in height. after that, watch out for your middle...that spare tire.

:-)
