Why must people lower my self esteem?

Self Esteem is how you value yourself, Angel. Do you value yourself despite what others think about you? Do you believe that you are worth something special in God's eye? You are, and nothing anyone says or does can change that.

Yes, people can humiliate you and try to bring you down, but they CANNOT lower your self esteem unless you allow them to.

Remember Angel, that people who make others feel small are actually very small themselves.

The opposite it true too. People who make others feel big are big hearted. Be big hearted, dear, and prove them wrong.

Remeber that God's opinion is all that counts. He doesn't make trash, and you are His priceless gem. Shine for the world dear!
