I'm 5'6 & 126 lbs. I would love to have thin inner & outer thighs and build muscluar legs like on top thighs and hamstrings. also, smaller hips & oh yeah...and great butt. Does anyone know how to achieve this built?

What woman doesn't want this??? Run to lose fat and get smaller hips. Your classic squats, lunges and dead lifts (add weights with proper form so you don't hurt yourself) will give you muscular look in legs and butt. For a lean long look, add Pilates.

Look up a leg work out by Mrs Olympia Cory Everson. She had the best legs in the business!
Whatever you do, don't do any inner thigh exercises. They will no reduce them!

heavy leg training and sprinting several times a week will do the trick if you are following a balanced diet with plenty of proteins, low GI carbs and healthy fats.
