Ask a doctor to do a test on your immunity. They can get white blood cell counts and see if that is low. Also check for hormonal levels. If something like the thyroid got messed up, it can cause a number of issues.

Answering this question is harder than asking it, because you must look at your life in a holistic way. Go back to when your symptoms first started and think about what you did that changed the way you live your life. Did you move to a new place? Did you get married and the spouse is not what you thought? Are you in the middle of what seems to you as an unsolveable problem? Only you can answer these questions.
What have you got to look forward to?
How about a new baby? If that doesn't sound like a blessing, maybe you can get answers for your diseases there.

Every pregnancy is different. Also, the baby gets everything it needs from the mother. Unfortunately, this means the mother could suffer from various deficiencies in electrolytes and vitamins, hypertension, gestational diabetes, and drops in immune function. You're just having a harder time fighting off bacterial and fungal infections, because you're pregnant. You might even suffer from repeating yeast infections as well until you give birth. Keep taking those prenatal vitamins and getting good treatment. Also, be sure to wash your hands often, avoid anyone who is sick, and eat nutritious meals.

Has your life style/ environment changed recently? Have you started a new job? In more contact with kids? Are you run down? Alll these could be contributing. I suggest building up your immune system by eating well.....plenty of fresh / frozen veg. fresh fruit , calcium (milk, cheese, yogurt) and 2 portions of protein a day. You could also ask your pharmacist about a supplement designed for pregnant women. Also, make sure your personal hygiene is up to scratch...wash hands thoroughly and regularly to avoid spread of nasties!!

Good news first being pregnant is not a disease, can`t catch it from a toilet seat, unlike the other two you mentioned, these are contagious, and scrupulous hygiene is required to rid your self of these, see your GP.He will give you prescriptions for them.....next patient please.

Don't be worrying about posting questions on here, get yourself to a doctor ASAP! It's possible that what you have may be harming the baby.
