I have OCD too, they come in the form of violent thoughts that I do not want, I also obess I may lose my mind or develope schizophrenia and act on these thoughts, I have been diagnosed with this.
I totally understand where you are coming from, these thoughts come to mind and you know they are silly but you think "what if I act on them, what if I lose control?" but the thing is, because you think like this and because you dont want them, that means its impossible for you to lose control, I know that wont make them go away but still it may help you to feel better.
Everyone has these types of thoughts from time to time the only difference is people with OCD think it means they are terrible people and they may act on them, you wont, dont worry.
The thing you must realize is you might not ever get rid of these thoughts forever, but you can stop the anxiety and the unease that comes from them through therapy or medication. I suggest you read "The imp or the mind" and check out this site, called stuck in a doorway and search some of the forums for obessive thoughts of all kinds

Keep your head up and realize these thoughts are not you, but your brain trying to scare you and bully you, try to let the thoughts come and go, try your best not to get worked up about it and slowly the thoughts wont be as worse as they were.
Take care and goodluck

I've heard that making it into a joke helps your brain realize how silly the OCD is. Maybe have a friend to help you see the humor in it. The first link below has a site that shows how others have made fun of their OCD issues.

Too little info. What kind of "bad constant thoughts" are you referring to? What do you mean by "tried everything".
You are evidentally leaning towards an OCD diagnosis, but your problem is too vague.
Add more detail.

I recommend reading the first 164 pgs of the Big Book of AA. Keep yourself busy and pray. Ask God to help you deal with it. Ask for moments of clarity. Develop your consciousness of a Higher Power. That is the best advice I would give you.
Good luck and take care.

nobody really knows how OCD is caused...some think it's a chemical imbalance in the brain. try visiting a psychologist...they should help.
