It has no significance at all.

Its like does Harry Potter really like Hermione when everyone knows shes Ron's gal? Will anyone miss scar-head when Voldemort kills him? Who knows?

Isaac had only one "best" blessing to give.
Could not take it back, because there was no condition in the blessing to cancel it.
God does bless people who are sinners, if He did not God could take away their food or other blessing (He may do it, but it is not proof of a persons sin).
I do not know what you mean by the same life as Abraham.

God did bless Jacob. If you study the entire story you will see that one is the body and one is the spirit. The first shall be last and the last shall be first. God created man first flesh and breathed in to him a spirit and the spirit will rule over the flesh. It is the order of God. It is the first born it is mentioned many times in the Bible.

I don't agree with Genesis 27, it shows how women are contriving and temptest, now I believe the bible was not wrote by god, but by men. How could you think that women are like that?
