Sit ups, crunches, side kicks...work out

I'd say the first step is to stop worrying about having a six pack. No matter how well you eat and how much you exercise, you're body may not yet be developed enough for one. At 14 you're going through puberty so you're probably starting to develop the adult male physique, but you may not have it yet.

Eat right, exercise, and generally take care of yourself. You can do abdominal exercises, but there's no guarantee anything will happen right away. Just be patient.

At the age of 14, your body is still growing. Personally, i would advise against weights, as your body may not be able to bear such heavy loads.

Simeple exercises, done in moderation, can help.

Generally, sit-ups & crunches help tone stomach muscles. Cardiovascular exercises, like jogging, cycling, basketball or soccer help burn fat (leaving you lean and your muscles more obvious). Combine that with a balanced diet and you should be set.

At 14, it's a good idea to consult your family physician, and someone who has experience in physical training & exercise. That will help in getting you the results you want while preventing injuries to your body.

You can ask your parents to buy the 6 pack for you, or someone that you know over 21.My best bet is to ask your parents or just get one from them, its safer to drink at home especially if you are underage.
