exfoliate and moisturise

I have found that taking vitamins C, D, E, calcium and zinc work wonders for dry skin. It changes the texture by making the pores smaller. I take more than the RDA, because that number is too low to help. You should have a bottle of water handy at all times and moisturizing is good too, although if you take the vitamins, you won't need the moisturizing.
Just remember that if the vitamins take effect and work, it means that you are not getting enough nutrition in your daily food already. So, eat more good food. Good luck!

Dry skin can be caused by limescale in the water, in which case getting the limescale filtered out is a good idea. I had dry and itchy skin until I discovered this.

Also taking evening primrose oil is also helpful.

If you want the dry skin removed immediately, try a Turkish Bath, you will be staggered at how much dead skin gets removed.

One of the most effective treatments is to use creams containing urea at 5 to 10% strength. Can be bought at some chemists. Urea acts by soaking in water from its surroundings. However, check with your GP as to whether you have a dermatitis.

i use an exfoliating face wash on my legs, backwards i know, but if you do that before you shave, wash it off, then shave, then moisturise, it really helps, i find cocoa butter moisturiser works best cos it isnt greasy, you can get a big bottle from tescos for 98p!
