No- there is no treatment or cure for color blindness. Those with mild color deficiencies learn to associate colors with certain objects and are usually able to identify color as everyone else.

Unfortunately there is no treatment to color blindness yet. If you are colorblind this is encoded into your genes, which can't be changed (yet).

Maybe in future medicine will find a way to improve color vision - maybe even for all of us. But at the moment you can only buy some special colored lenses, where the left and the right lens are colored slightly different. This can help some people to see more contrasts, but still not more colors.
