I keep hearing this part of an airplane but I don't know what it is or how to spell it come to that!

the tubular part. Fuselage is the whole tube; passenger cabin is inside the fuselage.

We're building rockets in tech- ed and the long part is the fuselage. On an airplane, it the part that we passengers sit in.
