Has there been any archaeological discoveries to prove that the cutures and tribes listed in the Book of Mormon actually existed? A Jaredite nation?

No, no temple greater than Solomon's or steel tools found in north America. Native Americans are not related to Jews. No six foot Quakers on the moon. This is the easiest religion to discount in my opinion.

Yes, there's a pretty good book called "sacred sites" by Joseph L. Allen that goes over a lot them. It's a quick easy read, I'd definitely recommend.


edit - from a previous answer, the book shows how their "money" was actually these cups that people carry around that were units of measure for trade - these cups are still used in mezo-america today by many natives.
